As a Realtor, I will advise the seller on pricing by checking comparable listing that had been sold in the area. I can give tips and suggestions for getting your property ready to list. One of the main things that I like to remind clients is the importance of staging the home for showing and the pictures that are taken for the listing. You want to attract a buyer with open, clean, neutral spaces so they can envision their own possession there. A general rule of thumb is to remove personal pictures and as many sentimental knick-knacks as possible. As a Real Estate Professional, I can provide you with an unbiased and experienced opinion of your home and any changes that will make it more attractive to potential buyers.
